Statement of Policy

School Business Hours

1st Choice Real Estate School maintains business hours, Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 1st Choice Real Estate School will be closed for business the following holidays; New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after thanksgiving, Christmas Eve beginning at 12:00 noon, Christmas Day and New Years Eve beginning at 12:00 noon.

Notice to Students

All questions pertaining to registration, refunds, school policy, course content, final exams (if applicable), and completion certificates should be addressed to the school. The School may be reached at 1-888-233-3445 during normal business hours.

End of Course Examinations and Grading Policy

All courses have a final quiz which may not be completed until all course work has been completed. All course final quizzes are taken online.

If we need to contact you we may do this using the phone numbers provided or most often via email. Certificates of Completion

Certificates of completion for continuing education courses will be available immediately upon completion of the course. It is recommended these certificates be kept in a safe place in case of error.

Registration

It is important that information on the registration portal is accurate. This is the information that will print on your certification of completion. Failure to provide accurate information will result in not receiving course credit. When you register for the course it is imperative that you accurately and fully complete the student profile. Failure to enter in proper information may result in you not receiving course credit.

State Course Requirements

Students are encouraged to contact their state licensing authority for licensing information such as requirements, exclusions and license renewal information.

Length of Course Material

The courses within 1^st Choice Real Estate School web site have been certified by the state licensing authority and ARELLO. 1^st Choice Real Estate School may be required by state statute to submit summary time-study forms to ensure that students are completing course material at the time length certified by the state. We at 1^st Choice Real Estate School maintain the right to revoke any certificate of completion in which a student spends less than the state required time in the course.

Student Affidavit

In registering for a course you certify that you are the person named and will independently complete all the coursework required. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. 1^st Choice School of Real Estate maintains the right to suspend or terminate any account, without refund, in which we reasonably believe has been purchased fraudulently, is not being completed by the person who is named on the registration or any other reason we warrant.

Two separate and redundant power feeds from the local utility provider ensures our systems will always remain powered. If you have difficulty using or accessing coursework, let us know of the problem. We guarantee that if it is within our system we will locate and correct the issue in 24 hours or less. If the problem is within our system (not the greater World Wide Web, your local ISP, your system or user error) and we do not correct the issue in 24 hours or less, we will refund your money.

Registration Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your registration for any reason up to five (5) calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests for cancellation of a registration must be made by contacting 1^st Choice Real Estate School by an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . The request must be received by 1^st Choice Real Estate School before midnight of the fifth calendar day from the date of purchase. A refund will not be granted if a student has begun taking the coursework. A cancellation fee will be charged to the student to cancel a registration. The amount of the cancellation fee is $100 for licensing courses or packages containing a licensing course. The cancellation fee for all other products is 15% of the total purchase amount. Unused courses purchased as a package are not refundable as separate items. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the original purchase.
